Exchange Policy

As all orders are handmade, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or for wrong sizing. We request you to measure yourself prior to purchase as we provide accurate measurements for each knitwear within each style description.

Exchange for products deemed faulty:
A product may be accepted for exchange if deemed faulty (unless caused by the customer) within the first 5 days after receiving an order.  If the product is deemed faulty, we may be able to offer an exchange (of the same price value).
Please email: feedback@cardiandco.com.au if you perceive your order to be faulty.

Please provide:

  • Evidence photos of fault

Return postage is to be covered by the customer.

Definition of faulty product:
A fault will be deemed as a disturbance to the foundation of the knitwear ~ As our quality control measures are thorough, this is only redeemable for exchange if the item is new, unworn and within the first 5 days after purchase. 

  • slipped stitch
  • obvious gaping hole
  • unravelling of fabric
  • seams that are not fully sewn

Guaranteed Quality:
We can assure you that we take a lot of care and time hand making knitwear that is of the finest quality. Each type of knit is exclusively made by one specific knitter that ensures consistent quality of the make. However, if there are any faults we will work together with you to resolve the matter.
